Hawke and Lash, from the Advance Wars games series for the DS.
this was sort of for fun so it looks kinda stupid. used an already painted picture for the city in the bg because i cannot be arsed to do such a thing.... :V yet.
as for who drew the bg (that i BLURRED THE HELL OUT OF), all that i could make of the name was "I_NetGraFX" in the link. it might be written differently, but that's all I could get. i take no credit for the city drawing, is what i'm saying herrre.
